The Wallfisch band is an International 'period-instrument'

chamber orchestra founded and directed by the world-renowned

The Wallfisch Band is an orchestra of skilled professionals.

The Principal Players comprise a small group of Great Artists

-internationally renowned musicians -

experienced, enthusiastic, dedicated teachers and performers.

Exceptionally

gifted, and motivated young players, at the beginning

of their professional careers, are invited to play with the

Wallfisch Band in our seasons of concerts.

The Wallfisch Band is a 'Living, Working, Masterclass'

- a Master/Apprentice model-

providing these young players

with a unique opportunity to work intensively alongside the 'Core'

players in music-making at the highest professional level.

They are treated as equals, with compassion and enlightened

instruction.

This is an electric mix, and makes for wonderful concerts!
